Terms and conditions for World Poker Tour Championship:

that player to their city of origin at the earliest convenience. Players should
however be prepared to stay in Las Vegas until the completion of the Final on
the 23rd April 2004. If players who were eliminated in the Super Satellite stage
(or early stages of the final) wish to stay on to watch the final, they will be
responsible for all charges incurred from the date that they were eliminated
(apart from the return airfare which is included in the package).
- At any Level, any player can buy in for cash + fee (this includes the finals
on the 20th March).
- Players can buy in and enter as many times as they wish, as long as tables
are open. For example: A player who loses at a Satellite, can play again at the
next Satellite. However:
- Any individual player can only win one seat at the World Poker Tour
Championship. Therefore, once a player has won a seat at the World Poker Tour
Championship Final he/she can no longer participate in the satellites.
No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next
level. All prizes are entries to the final, which pays the guaranteed package to
each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award
is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite to cover the cost of
additional seats to the Final. This rule applies to all levels of the
tournament.
It is the individual winner's responsibility to assure that all travel
documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order. Lack of proper travel
documents may be grounds for disqualification. Prima Poker will be responsible
for booking all travel and accommodation as required.
By entering the World Poker Tour Championship or Satellites players agree
that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
By entering the World Poker Tour Championship or Satellites players agree
that, should they win a seat and the trip to Las Vegas (USA) they will wear
Prima Poker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) in accordance with the instructions
of Prima Poker management.

Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
The winners of the seats at the World Poker Tour Championship and/or Final
tournament can not sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seats to
another person, and Prima Poker will not award cash in lieu of a seat at the
World Poker Tour Championship.
As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present
shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and
are eliminated.
All satellite games shall be Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following
standard Prima Poker rules.
The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes
for each tournament.
