Rush Poker And Steps Tournaments, And $10 Million WSOP Main Event Mania At Full Tilt Poker.
Rush Poker Tournaments
Full Tilt Poker has introduced Rush Poker** tournaments, for the fastest tournament action available anywhere. Online poker players join a large player pool and face a different table of opponents every hand. When they fold, they're immediately moved to a new table for their next hand.
As players are eliminated from the tournament, tables become short-handed to keep up the pace, culminating in "standard" tournament mode at the final table. At the "standard" tournament mode hands will be played one at a time until the tournament is complete.
Rush Poker Tournaments make the players get back at the felt. Rush Poker enables players to earn Full Tilt Points faster than any other game.
When the tournament begins, game play will be in "Rush Mode", with the same style of play found in a Rush Poker ring game. You'll be part of a large player pool and face a different table of opponents every hand you play at Full Tilt Poker.
To speed up your play even more, use the Quick Fold button, you'll be taken to the next table immediately - even if the action hasn't reached you yet. Players at your previous table will not see that you've folded until it's your turn to act.
Steps Tournaments
Full Tilt Poker has also added Tournament Tickets to give players a new way to buy in to their favorite poker games. Players can win Tournament Tickets in FTP Steps Tournaments, starting from as little as $3.30.
A Steps Tournament is a special type of Sit & Go, with a tiered format that allows you to climb through the Steps Tournaments levels to reach the top. Full Tilt Steps Tournaments come in a range of formats to suit all players, including: 9-player Sit & Go (Regular, Turbo and Super Turbo), 6-player Sit & Go (Regular and Turbo), 18-player Sit & Go and 4-player heads-up Sit & Go.
Play in the Steps Tournaments and climb your way to the top to win a wide range of tournament entries and prizes. The tiered structure of Steps Tournaments allows you to work your way up, from Step 1 to Step 7, to win a variety of prize packages.
Players can also buy in directly at any step they choose or use Full Tilt Points, Iron Man Medals or Academy Credits to purchase Tournament Tickets. Steps Tournaments award Tournament Tickets to the relevant level, based on where you finish. Use these tickets to buy in to your next Steps Tournament until you crack the top prize.
